LMH Strategic Solutions is a government affairs firm in Washington, D.C. We work for biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics companies, and for the trade associations that represent them.
Why LMH?
I started LMH in 2024 after nearly twenty years on Capitol Hill and in the life sciences industry, and I named it for my three children, Lily, Madeline, and Henry.
The name reminds me, and everyone who works here, that this work is about people and the future. That means respect for the members and staff who write policy, the agency officials who carry it out, the coalition partners who stand with us, and the clients who trust us with their work. And it means measuring our impact by the patients and families who live with what Washington decides.

Most clients come to us with a specific problem: a Medicare payment rule that changed, a bill that affects their product category, an agency action with a comment deadline. From there we handle whatever the issue requires, including the Hill work, the written analysis, the market access strategy, and the coalitions that support it.
